Priyanka Chopra Jonas And Nick Jonas Welcome A Baby Girl

Two years after Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas held a multi – day, multi – fatih wedding extravaganza, the couple has announced – on both of their personal Instagram accounts – that they recently welcomed a baby with the help of a surrogate. The news was first broken by TMZ, who also reported that the baby is a girls and she was born last Saturday, January 15.

In Vanity Fair’s Feberuary 2020 cover story, Chopra cryptically noted that she and Jonas were interested in becoming parents. ‘They’re a big part of our desire for the future’, she said about the prospect of having children. ‘By God’s grace, when it happens, it happens’. She added that they were ‘okay with’ slowing down when a baby did arrive

Keen observers of the Chopra – Jonas universe might have been tipped off to the new arrival by a joke that Chopra made during November’s Jonas Brithers Netflix comedy special, Jonas Brothers Family Roast. When she took to the stage to make a few quips at her husband’s expense, she said. ‘We’re the only couple who doesn’t have kids. Which is why I’m excited to make this announcement. Nick and I are expecting…’ She paused for impact. ‘To have fun tonight and sleep in tomorrow!’ (She later commented that Jonas’s face froze when she started talking. For good reason!)

Chopra recently appeared in The Matrix Resurrections and her action series Citadel is forthcoming from Amazon. The final three dates on the Jonas are set for late February in Mexico City and Monterrey.

Their daughter, whose name has not yet been revealed, is the fourth child born to the members of the family band. Kevin and Danielle Jonas are the parents of Alena, 7, and Valentina, 5, while Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner welcomed their daughter Willa, in July 2020.
