Pat McGrath Lab’s Bridgerton Collection Is The Most Divine Collab Of The Season

This holiday social season is upon us, so it’s fitting that Pat McGrath Labs is using this time to reveal its latest and most regal collab with the beloved Shonda Rhimes Netflix series Bridgerton. Mother Pat herself shared the new virtually to a group of reporters, and after introducing the stunning products (details of which to come below), unveiled her muse for the collection: Ava Phillippe.

So how exactly does the mother of make-up court a new muse? By sliding into their DMs, of course. ‘We came together in the DMs of Instagram’, McGrath said. She reached out to Phillippe, who, after coming sown from her excitement any the Pat McGrath reached out directly, and without even knowing any details on the Bridgerton collection, readily accepted the invitation.

Like most of us, McGrath says that she bing – watched the show too. ‘It was a real honour to see the regency era with that modern [diverse] twist. It brought so much joy’. She was able to translate the show’s modern debutante vibes into the products, which Philippe showed off during the preview while wearing a befitting tiara and what McGrath calls ‘baby wings’ (perfectly sharp and short cat – eye flicks).

The collection includes the MTHRSHP Eye Palette, which is named ‘Diamond of the First Water’ after the show’s premiere episode; the Divine Blush + Glow Trio in ‘Love At First Blush’; and gold and silver shades of the Skin Fetish: Sublime Skin Highlighter, which are embossed with the Bridgerton family crest. MfGrath considers ‘Regency Blue’ – a gorgeous, versatile, and ethereal iridescent blue – the darling of the collection.

The Pat McGrath Labs x Bridgerton limited – edition collection will make its grand entrance on on December 26, 2021.
