This Often – Overlooked Design Element Adds Instant Luxury To Any Home

Looking to achieve a cohesive design language throughout your home? Novas’ all new Australian – designed Frame collection is the answer to all prayers.

PARIS, France – One of the key cornerstones to creating a truly beautiful home is via the use of luxury finishes and attention to details. At first glance, you might not notice small architectural elements like matching tapware, door hardware and bathroom fixture, but mastering these tiny, yet crucial elements ultimately serves to elevate a home into luxury territory.

It’s something that leading Australian company Novas understands inside and out. As the manufacturer of premium design – led architectural products like tapware, door hardware and bathroom fittings, Nova’s new Australian – designed Frame Collection has answered the call of many a frustrated architect or interior designer, who often lament the difficulty of finding perfectly matching hardware for the whole home.

Launching a sleek and versatile range of high – end designer tapware, shower heads, kitchen mixers, bathroom accessories and door levers, Frame is an Australian market first, setting Novas on a trailblazing new path. ‘Frame is the first designed – to – match collection of tapware, door hardware and accessories in Australia’, says Novas general manager Paul Thornewll. ‘We truly believe that the collection will raise the bar for Australian homes, creating a new and essential will raise the bar for Australian homes, creating a new essential interior design rule, that similar simply isn’t enough’.

‘We noticed that specifiers, architects and interiors experts were becoming frustrated with the inability to ource fitting and fixtures that were truly integrated and could be carried throughout an entire project’, adds Thornewell. Instead of spending hours trying to match the color, texture and material of each room’s fixture, design experts can now simply find a full spectrum of options within the Frame range.

Seeking to fill this design void, Novas tapped its highly talented creative director Nicholas Johnston to design a collection of architectural products that could be seamlessly integrated throughout the entire home. The celebrated industrial designer – whose design accolades include nods from the Good Design, Red Dot, Dezeen and Architizer A+ Awards for his work with companies like Miele and Casa Armani – crated a series of fixtures, fittings and accessories that can be used from the bathroom through to the kitchen and bedrooms.

‘Frame was created to prioritise design continuity between interior spaces with a unified hardware experience which extends beyond the bathroom throughout the entire home’, explains Johnston. The elegant and timeless bezel design of Frame was inspired by the fine craftsmanship and mechanical detail of a classic watch face and bag clasp, and was intended by Johnston to be versatile across a number of interior design styles.

‘The flexibility of the Novas Frame Collection’s hero bezel design allows it to look at home in limitless compositions, whether it be Art Deco, industrial, minimalist or modern’, Nicholas says. And with all fittings, fixtures and accessories available in chrome, matte black, satin nickel, gunmetal, satin gold and satin bronze finishes, Frame offers true adaptability and a number of alluring and bespoke compositions.
